Nassau - March 5, 2013 - The Ministry of Tourism will unveil on March 21, a digital platform that will allow potential tourists to make various bookings at one site and explore the islands of The Bahamas.

Feb. 17, 2013 - A new US$50 million residential villa development has been announced for the Southeast Peninsula. Christophe Harbour Development Company and Apex Capital Partners Corporation, a Canadian based international investment group announced Tuesday they have entered into a joint venture to develop a new residential neighbourhood within Christophe Harbour, the residential resort community located on St. Kitts.

Belize: Cruise arrivals down

Jan. 14, 2013 - While overnight visitor arrivals are up, cruise tourism suffered a ten percent decrease in 2012. A recent announcement by Carnival Cruise Line to cancel ten calls in 2013 will impact cruise arrivals, but the B.T.B. is optimistic, saying it expects that this year will hold its own.

Nassau, Bahamas -- Jan. 14, 2013 - The Bahamas is seeking to attract a greater level of airlift and the overall goal is to increase the number of stopover visitors in 2013 from 1.6 million to 1.8 million, said Minister of Tourism the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe.
